| Campus Recreation Center | The Campus Recreation Center features a leisure pool with water slide, hot tub, six basketball courts, studios and an indoor track. The Campus Recreation also offers an outdoor high ropes challenge course and an indoor rock climbing wall. |
| One-Stop Shop Certification | Our goal is to provide each planner and attendee with the feeling that their conference, camp, or event is the most important and only program on campus. Our conference office acts as a one-stop-shop where with one phone call all needs including housing, food service, meeting facilities, technology support, transportation and recreation services will be coordinated. | Parking and Transportation | Our Conference Coordinators will help coordinate your parking and transportation needs while staying at Georgia Tech. Whether you are driving to campus or flying in from the airport, we have a transportation option to suit your needs. For guests driving to Georgia Tech, parking is available on site throughout the entire campus. For guests utilizing MARTA, Atlanta's mass transit system, we have shuttles that pick up from the Midtown rail station and drop guests off on campus. Travelling from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is a breeze! Just take the MARTA rail line from the airport to the Midtown Station, and then catch a Tech Trolley to the heart of the campus. We also coordinate corporate shuttles in addition to daily parking. If your group needs a shuttle service for an on or off campus event, our talented Conference Coordinators can assist you. | Technology | At Georgia Tech Conference Services we pride our operations on the ability to provide excellent service with technology. Utilizing our campus network and communications connections, we are equipped to provide enhanced services to our clients. Our basic technological assistance starts with our Conference Coordinators scheduling internet log-ins, Ethernet and phone connections, and technical support for set-up and A/V needs. Conference Services also assists in creating computer labs, business centers, and print release stations. We can even tailor your event announcements to a unique campus cable channel for your guests viewing pleasure. In addition to your technological needs we can make recommendations on outsourcing printing and shipping in order to streamline your event operations. We are willing to work with you to ensure that your conference is exceeding your attendees' expectations. |
| On-Campus Transportation | The campus is serviced by Tech Trolleys and Stinger Busses. The Tech Trolley stops include the Midtown MARTA rail station (MARTA is Atlanta's mass transit system) which connects travelers from the public transporation with on-campus transportation. |
