University of Manitoba Offers New 'Green' Facility

Scheduled for completion in fall 2011, is the new modern student residence
that will clear-span the existing Pembina Hall Dining facility. It stands
13 stories high (10 floors of accommodation above the 3 stories of Pembina
Hall) and is designed to shadow a silver LEED environmental standard. It
will be a 360 unit (single occupant) undergraduate residence, each with its
own private washroom and wireless Internet.
